I’m Amanda Reed—a photographer, entrepreneur, mentor, wife, mother, Mimi, and lifelong believer that ordinary life deserves to be celebrated.

For nearly twenty years, I’ve helped people preserve their stories through photography. Along the way, I’ve launched businesses, closed businesses, started over, raised children, welcomed a granddaughter, traveled the world, walked through hard seasons, deepened my faith, and discovered that the most meaningful parts of life rarely happen when everything is perfect.

The Amanda Reed Edit was born from that realization.

Somewhere along the way, many of us started waiting. Waiting for more time. More money. More confidence. More certainty. Waiting until the house was finished, the kids were grown, the business was thriving, or life finally slowed down.

But someday isn’t on the calendar.

That’s why you’ll find photography, classes, workshops, Summer Somedays, pop-ups, micro-events, mentoring, business conversations, and a podcast all living under one roof. They may seem different on the surface, but they’re all built around the same belief: life is short, and the people, experiences, friendships, and memories that matter most shouldn’t be postponed.

I believe women are craving connection. I believe friendship matters. I believe beautiful things don’t have to be expensive. I believe learning should be fun. I believe it’s never too late to try something new, even if you feel completely unqualified. Most of all, I believe ordinary days become extraordinary when we decide to be fully present for them.
